Clément is a designer, entrepreneur and design manager, also an expert in creating innovation teams and Vision in complex environments: at the crossroads of physical, digital and human systems.

At frog, a global design and strategy consulting agency, he manages the frog Lab, a digital humanities research center, with an interdisciplinary team of doctors and designers who explore new experiences offered by the arrival of emerging technologies, with a user-centered, ethical and responsible approach.

At Orange, Clément was Director of Design and a member of the executive committee of the internal incubator for start-ups. In particular, he created and led the group's first design team dedicated to breakthrough innovation and launched the Orange Young Designers international design award.

Having a background both in engineering and design, he co-founded a design studio that ranked number one in France after eight years of its creation and launched a startup of kit electric vehicles for smart cities, based on the circular economy model.

Clément is a member of the scientific council of the Cité du Design.
