MÉGANE SARTORE
PhD student SNCF, CESI & Strate

As an occupational psychologist, well-being at work is one of my strong values and more specifically the question of the meaning of work in the context of Human-Robot Interaction. After studying the motivational aspects of a sales team and exploring the field of recruitment, I created and conducted a social audit in 15 institutions for a teaching hospital and presented the results to the Regional Health Agency (ARS).

Today, I am doing my PhD thesis, which is the result of cooperation between SNCF Innovation & Research, LINEACT and Strate. This multidisciplinary research is part of Robotics by Design Lab. Passionate about rail transport, this work will enable me to reach “Ikigai” by bringing a human-centric approach to SNCF. For me, robotics can be a generator of well-being.
